7 Blog results of yesterday's Seven Daily Goals. done 71/71 days
Bonus Goal: Do scheduled p90x. done 34/51
Note: Yesterday was an all round good day. Balanced exercise, eating, and productivity. I made a food plan for the rest of the week and made a dent in a mountain of paperwork in my office. Also got the new snow shoveled and the house cleaned. Wish every day was as good as yesterday was.
Technically, I under ate by about 100 calories yesterday, but since I had eaten around 2,000 calories a day for the last three days, I count my eating yesterday as "in range".
I took my body fat percentage measurements yesterday. Even though I was up almost 2 pounds from the last time I did it, the body fat percentage stayed exactly the same! I was surprised by that since I had been slacking off on p90x, but I think the increase in cardio using the Kinect and the treadmill made up for it in terms of building muscle.
Day 1: 11/30/10 132.4
Day 10: 12/09/10 131.2
Day 20: 12/19/10 131.4--body fat percent 32.06% (start of p90x)
Day 30: 12/29/10 133.6
Day 40: 01/08/11 130.8--body fat percent 28.35%
Day 50: 01/18/11 130.4--body fat percent 28.03%
Day 60: 01/28/11 129.8--body fat percent 27.70%
Day 70: 02/07/11 131.6--body fat percent 27.70%
Day 71: 02/08/11 131.6
Daily blogging on my goals helps. It's keeping me honest. Thank you for taking the time to read this and support me!
