The bigger picture - My health has many components. What and when I eat, the amount and type of movement (exercise) I engage in, how much and the quality of my sleep, do I drink enough water? There are others too.
I keep mentioning this website to people, and tell them how easy it is to use. Now its time for me to really explore how to use as many of the features here as I can to help me get healthier and stay that way. I LOVE that I can run the reports and print them out for my own use and for my doctor to see.
So, I've added some custom measurements: how long do I sleep, do I use my C-Pap, take my vitamins and Omegas.
In the notes section of the nutrition tracker, I'm adding the times I eat.
Maybe I should move the vitamins and Omegas to this section? We'll see.
I'm walking the 15 minutes to the Transit Mall three days a week in the morning. And choosing to walk the 15 minutes back home 3-4 days a week in the evening. The pedometer will be part of my accessories kit again.
Maybe I should even add my dog's weight to what I track.
