Was in the Gym this morning for 6:45 and just did and hour as I needed to get home and get myself ready to get back to the Gym!
Why?
Well my Daughter has decided that she would like to have a go in there too!
So, took her down for an introduction and she will be at "it" later in the week!

Gym everyday now since July 28th (1 day off as closure August Bank Holiday).
People are saying to have time off to recover but, I feel that each day missed is a day lost to improve myself and that's why I haven't missed as yet.
My personal bests keep getting better, so surely the body isn't fatigued and the mind certainly isn't.
I do this as I enjoy, no love it, and it's just for 2 to 4 hours a day. I am sleeping so well, eating incredibly well.
People somewhere in this world as I write this, have to work 12 hours a day in fields with their hands and all on a minimal diet.
So, I feel that I can do this, and just go from strength to strength, and so this has become a way of life, that is done just as normally as rising from bed and cleaning my teeth!
I hope that whatever you decide to do today, you have success in doing it!

Whilst I couldn't do it, I admire your efforts. I'm sure people mean well but you know how you feel and are sensible enough not to put your health at risk.
The results speak for themselves.

    You have done extremely well to keep going all that time without a break and even when the gym was closed I think you were shifting bricks. I feel exactly the same way, I can't live without my exercise now. I walk even when its raining now and I do my other exercise every day. Keep up the good work!

Tough it out!

I sweat a lot (yuk!) when I'm in the Gym and today was no exception, except that I did more today than any other!
The instructor upped my starting level (10) on the stepper every minute for 10 minutes. Talk about wet and burn!
My previous personal best was 52.3 floors in 10 minutes but, today I did 62.4!
I felt so elated!
My fitness is now really beginning to take shape and I would think by next Spring, I should be really on song!
I love this game! it's great!

Enjoy your day and try to go that extra yard...............................it's worth it you know!

Yes I sweat a lot when I exercise, especially when I am strength training, so I suppose I must be doing something right. I went that extra mile yesterday when we went for a walk. Today was more of a rest, still did the exercise as usual, but it was raining so I didn't do my morning walk. Had along relaxing bath instead.
When are you going to have a rest? There is no stopping you is there?

In the Gym and had a wonderfully satisfying workout. Very liberating and now I feel so free in my body!

Now got to go to Gatwick Airport to take Victoria, Clare's daughter on holiday and when I get back home around 4-4:30 an hour digging soil to help raise the level of our future lawn that wants laying before the end of the month! PHEW!!

I hope that your Sunday is a good one too!

A message for the UK Midlands team who are at this very moment meeting up for a get together in Telford for Sunday lunch...................Have a lovely time and hope that some great friendships are formed from actual interaction!
