Gym everyday now since July 28th (1 day off as closure August Bank Holiday).
People are saying to have time off to recover but, I feel that each day missed is a day lost to improve myself and that's why I haven't missed as yet.
My personal bests keep getting better, so surely the body isn't fatigued and the mind certainly isn't.
I do this as I enjoy, no love it, and it's just for 2 to 4 hours a day. I am sleeping so well, eating incredibly well.
People somewhere in this world as I write this, have to work 12 hours a day in fields with their hands and all on a minimal diet.
So, I feel that I can do this, and just go from strength to strength, and so this has become a way of life, that is done just as normally as rising from bed and cleaning my teeth!
