In the Gym this morning and started with just a 5 minute warm up on the bike to prepare myself for the rowing blast I was set by the instructor.
Resistance set to it's highest and machine set to "just" 1,000 metres.
"Fast as you can cover the distance" says he.
3 minutes 30 seconds was his own personal best, so I figured 4-4:10 would be good for me so, off I went.
I did the 1,000 metres in 3 minutes and 44 seconds. I was so pleased with the effort not to mention completely breathless at the end!
Work a great way of measuring fitness, so at the end of each week, this is going to be my "personal" test for figuring where I'm at.
I really can't wait for my personal assessment which should be in another 2 weeks also.
