Just been for dinner with some friends that we haven't seen for a good while at the local pub that do a wonderful "return to fill your plate as many times" carvery.
I had three pints of........................................
..........................no not beer!.....................................
...................soda water (and jolly nice it was too!)
No starter,
900 calorie meal (full Sunday trimmings)
No gravy, 1 small yorkshire and boiled new potaoes instead of roast! (tough one that!)
No sweet!
I had just as much fun as the other three and even enjoyed the ridicule over my decisions.
I now feel really proud as a muller light yogurt, 2 lemons, 1 lime and 2 oranges are now my snacks for the rest of the day which, will be easy as I'm used to just these!
Really pleased with myself!
