Organised!

One thing that I have become aware of since I became a member last week, is how very organised you become through planning and dedicating time to both fitness and diet.
My fitness, since I started on "my own" 13 months ago was never in question but the diet could be a little hazardous owing to the fact that if something tasted good (even though it was an heathy option) you would have "another" and thus not educaing the brain about nutritional values and portion control. This is where this site scores high on helping to dedicate all efforts towards an unfloundering push towards what once seemed an impossible goal.
You guys who read the blogs and offer support and encouragement are a MAJOR factor in keeping the machine going.
Here's to the rest of our lives!

Just been for dinner with some friends that we haven't seen for a good while at the local pub that do a wonderful "return to fill your plate as many times" carvery.
I had three pints of........................................
..........................no not beer!.....................................
...................soda water (and jolly nice it was too!)
No starter,
900 calorie meal (full Sunday trimmings)
No gravy, 1 small yorkshire and boiled new potaoes instead of roast! (tough one that!)
No sweet!
I had just as much fun as the other three and even enjoyed the ridicule over my decisions.
I now feel really proud as a muller light yogurt, 2 lemons, 1 lime and 2 oranges are now my snacks for the rest of the day which, will be easy as I'm used to just these!
Really pleased with myself!

Ater reaching 19st 3lb's and a BMI of 35.17 several times over the last 6-7 months by way of several fitness restarts and stops, yesterday, I finally "pushed forward" with a weekly loss of 4lb's and am now under 19st at 18st 13lb's! I felt so good about this and feel with this sites help along with it's members, success is almost a garaunteed thing!
