I have started to use my weights for my strength training. And I have been doing them for about 2 weeks and I can already see a difference.

I have lost 29 pounds. I am so excited, just looking forward to losing 30 pounds.

I have been up and down so many times with my weight, lately. The last time I had lost a lot of weight, was with sparkpeople about 5-6 years ago but with stress and emotions I gained it back.

This time I am going to watch my emotional eating and so far I have succeeded, because I have had a lot of stress the last couple of weeks.

So just losing 1 pound this week to take me down to 239 pounds, I did a little jig in my bathroom. emoticon emoticon

  WOOHOO!!! Great job sticking with it and ignoring those horrible calls to food when emotional. I was/am an emotional eater and although I've done real well I still have to catch myself sometimes! Congrats and keep up the great work!

I can do more time in my day not to do anything then any other thing. In fact if my not doing anything, time is interrupted I can get very upset.
When I have things to do (working on the phone drives me nuts), I hurry to get them done, so they are done.
I always do my dishes when I am cooking, killing two birds with one stone.
Exercise in the morning, work on my tracking during the day and start the next days tracking.

By and large I have more time during the day and night to play more computer games.
