It's been an odd week. Looking for work. Had two dizzy spells and fell down during one of them. I did not have to go to the hospital, but I am hoping to go to the doctor early next week. I am feeling okay at the moment. The dizzy spells are rare. I will get a check-up as soon as I can.
I miss my dog. I can't adopt one now, but I hope to down the road.
Watching the new Doctor Who. I like him! I have a Roku streaming TV box, and they pick up so many channels, it's bonkers.
I want to fix my bike tires so I can get back out there. Also, I need to take more walks.

It was a good morning as far as exercise. I managed to fit in walks at two different parks. I am looking for work, and I'll be happy when I find it, but I will probably have to switch the walk times to the evening instead. :)
It's hot around here. I have to remember to drink more water. :)
Hope everybody has a good weekend. I am looking forward to the World Cup, which starts pretty soon.

I went for three walks today. :) Long ones, too. The first two were a mile each. The third one was about 3/4 of a mile. It was a little hot today. I was glad to get these things done. I've been having some sleep issues, so to not feel bored, I go outside and take walks if it's early. The third walk, I had in the afternoon.
When I was in graduate school, many years ago , I walked three miles a day, because the classroom buildings were very far from my apartment. I don't know if I can make it that much every day now, but back then, regular practice surely did help me lose some weight.

Yesterday, I went to the Chasco Fiesta, which is a local festival with food, music, dancing and other neat things. There were tons of people. I was at the booth of a local political group. We got people to sign some petitions, which was good. :) I also had to walk a long way, which was tiring at first, but counted for a lot of exercise by the end of the day. I think I walked more than two miles by the time it was done. So, good things came out of that. :)
I've been struggling a lot with loneliness and depression. It's good to see some positive things in amid all the others. If I continue to get out more, I hope my mood will lift for the better.

Yesterday was pretty good in terms of exercise. I went to the gym and did a walk on the treadmill. In the evening, I went for a walk outside. It helped. I felt better. :)
Tomorrow I start a new job. It's a temp thing, only supposed to last a few weeks, but at least it's something. :)
