Yes!! Back on track. I could have let a few bad days throw me completely off course. But I decided the better option was to get my choices back in line with what I want!

64 oz water - Yes!

Weekly Calorie Burn Actual/Goal - 1288/3000. I slept in this morning. Had dinner with a friend this evening. Could have used those as an excuse not to do anything. But instead, I came home & rode the bike for 40 minutes. Now, despite skipping a couple of days, I can still hit my calorie burn goal for the week.

In calorie range (1460 1810)- Yes! 1609

Weight stayed the same this morning: 270. That is good news. I have missed my exercise 2 days in a row. I have eaten out of calorie range since last Wednesday. I'm frustrated - but it's not exactly like it is anyone's fault but my own.

I did well all day until ... got extra hungry before dinner & then lost control. That was because of lack of planning. Lesson learned.

    Three days straight of being over range....I wonder what is going on.....when that happens to me, it's usually because I have a lot of bad food in the house and not very much good food.

Didn't make wise choices today with my food: donuts & pizza. 'Nuff said. Not going to dwell on today's mistakes.

I was over on my calories today. I had planned out my day to stay in range, but after dinner, I was honestly hungry. I waited awhile & kept drinking water to see if it would pass, but it didn't.
