Did good with exercise, I seem to be getting used to it and not hating it so much. Walking is good especially since I take Tucker.
Could have done better on food, I always use it as a kind of cheat day. I do not go nuts but for breakfast I had a sausage, egg and cheese (2%0 on an english muffin (100 cal). That kind of thing.
I did lose one pound.
