Sorry guys I've been so so busy this past week I haven't had time to update my blog or even any of my trackers here at the spark. In between my current studies for Sports Conditioning, and taking and teaching belly dance, helping kids with homework, researching colleges with the oldest and trying to find time to just breathe busy doesn't even begin to describe my life at the moment. lol I've been keeping a handwritten log though and I will try to set aside time by this coming Sunday to update everything.
Headaches have passed along they are coming and going as I am reducing the amount of caffeine that I am ingesting. When you drink a lot of caffeine you blood vessels will shrink a bit, this means less blood flow, so that when you remove that drug from your system, your blood vessels open back up the way they are meant to be so the amount and speed of your blood flow increases, this can lead to what is referred to as a caffeine headache - and let me tell you - they are WORSE then migraines. Sooooo, instead of quitting cold turkey I'm reducing the amount I drink slowly, I am for example 'cutting' my coffee with decaf - half decaf , half regular ;-) in addition to lower the amount I drink :-) Anyway here's a good article on some of the myths of caffeine:
