couple pounds down

I knew I only needed to work out harder. I lost 2 pounds :)
Today I ate really healthy, lots of veggies, fruits.
I did not work out today but tomorrow as soon as I wake up I will burn some cal.
I'm on my last cup of water for the day and I'm loving it I'm so close to my target!!!

Burned all my calories for the week

But I will burn more :)
I still need couple more minutes to make my 180 min work out a week. I ate more today.. Tomorrow its plan my meals better and snack on fruits.
Doing good on sodium and now need to focus on getting more iron. I can do it!

Busy days

I'm glad today I did pretty good on everything. Eating, exercising, drinking water.
I'm getting really busy so I'm only having time to put it in what I eat and work out .. not getting much points lately. What it really matters is stick to the program and see the progress.
I'm stuck once again and I know that I need to work out better. I've not being doing my best.
This week its the start of a new start on my work outs and I need to stick to a plan again so I can lose weight again.

Need to plan

I've not being planning my eating and it was working ok. Today my husband said he was gonna cook and the food end up not getting ready so he/we decided to eat out. I was doing pretty good on salt but since we went to Dairy Queen even choosing a healthy option (I felt I should had eaten half) I ate the grilled turkey and end up getting my sodium a little to high today and since my calories were in the limit I did not got enough iron. The calories, carbs, fat I did pretty good.
I'm happy I'm getting used to a healthy way of life.
I drunk my water and it was a nice walk to Dairy Queen and back.
Let's see how tomorrow goes.
