Today is a rainy gloomy day and I just want to veg.
But I vowed to restart my exercise challenge and workout.
I have zip muscle tone and I need to lift my spirits.

Today I plan to do 60 minutes of dancing.
Food is between 1200 and 1400 with no effort.
No real appetite.

I confess that I tend to be a little obsessive at times. When I get focused on something, just stand back. It's how I operate. Give me a project I can dig my heels in and the creative juices flow.
I just wish I could do that with exercise. When I get into it, I over do it and pay for it...big time

I was sinking down again yesterday, so I tried to distract myself.
First I tried on a bathing suit to see how I look now.
WHAT WAS I THINKING ???
Needless to say, I look much better with my clothes on. I think my lifelong dream of becoming a stripper are gone for good. They need to get the formula from one of those Amazon headshrinkers and turn it into a body cream.
Then I decided to tweeze my eyebrows.
Out came the magnification mirror.
And while we are at it, lets put a spotlight on the wrinkles....
So I decided...maybe I should go for a safer distraction. I know... a manicure. So I started looking and realized, my hands are aging faster that the rest of me.
I really need to wear gloves when I clean.
So if you go to the Jersey Shore this summer and you see a tall women with head to toe cover up, bushy eyebrows, and gloves....stop by and say hello.
