I don't get why I self sabatouge myself daily if its not drinking enough water I'm eating fried foods like I know better right ok my guess hy do I do this not thinking just grabbing and going my eating habits are very bad I know

My exercise habits not any Better I want to lose weight I say but really if I did this is my use tion why do you keep putting yourself at the bottom of the totem pole by eating foods harder to work against plus the more fattening foods you eat the harder you have work or try to lose it my weakness is fried foods purely I lov salads too but then again the dressing is my weakness there too ranch creamy ranch I want it loaded too egg cheese bacon bits and french onions and sunflower seeds just like man I know better to sabatouge myself like that but I still do it by I don't know it makes me mad as heck but the cy le just never seems to stop I don't even crave it I just don't get I know it fast and easy to grab but you know I need to do better than a cheese sticks broccoli salad and wing dings my usual everyday lunch if a stressed day I gt okra too
I have tried to cut down on it like eat salad every other day and eat the meals like 2 days in a row cause I eat 3 wing dilngs one day half my broccoli salad save it for the next day but lately my foods been thrown away it crazy at work now a days some days good some days very bad some days it so bad I want to quit but I won't cause I know I need money everyone needs money to live and my husband health not been the best lately and if for some reason we have live off my check for the month it will not be good cause I only make 800. Every month so it's not even that if they give me 25 hours or less they have been doing that at least one week out of the month I average 35 hours a week then I will get a 25 week then another week of 32 so it kind of feels like they pushing me around now cause they decided I guess I'm going overnight for one I don't have but one vehicle and no matter how they spin it my husbands work from 7-4 but he has to leave work the same 30 minute drive as I have to get to my job they never talked to me about it I'd rather not work overnight considering its hard enough to get picked up at 11 I guess my husband never gets to sleep cause I have to be at work at 2-3 to when I get off at 11 he's still at work so no matter how we spin it with one vehicle it's hard to do when two of us work my mom takes me to work most days as he can pick me up but my mom will not want to have to get up that early in the morning just to pick me up from work every day
I need to get my license so I can get a car but I really don't want to drive just yet but maybe soon my husband has a standard on top of that and I don't want learn how to drive it cause anything goes wrong with it be my fault I don't want to hear it either so as far as my stress levels go I work some days like tomorrow is 2-10pm the next day I work 8-20 11-7 then I work 1-9 so I if I don't stay up till 11 every night I get headaches and craziness cause my body has been doing this for 3 weeks now and my schedule not bad but then some days I work 9-5 after getting off at 11p to that's when I have hard time cause I'm so tired I work my butt off too I'm constantly running to do hot case cook then sometimes I'm slicing meat on slicers and stuff
I'm very active at work and try not to struggle. But I fight myself more than I should I need to stop that focus on healthier option instead off the fred

    Every time I make time something else always comes up or just happens to get Interfered with or simply just goes south and I'm a very positive person but tired of being out in negative world trying to fix that too it's tough

    We all had to kick the fried foods, or at least learn to like foods "fried" in tiny amounts of fat. I had to learn to cook all over again, and only eat my own cooking. It seemed like an impossible task, but it was worth it.

    I know that feeling... It's a struggle with yourself... But you just have to give yourself the time to deal with it... It may take longer than you think to overcome a difficult situation like that, but you can do it.... Just be patient, go one thing at a time... Feel proud for the smallest things... But don't let this take away your desire to be healthy... Just keep going!

    Just take it one day at a time. You need to make your goals short term and reachable. Put them down for spark streak goals and see how long you can continue. Remember, one day at a time!

    something that helps me is list out excuses or reasons why i do it, and pick one or 2 to work on each week, make a streak from it and it will get better.

Fitness tracker type body bugg and body fit

Needing information on users who have used both or either devices I'm looking for a device to help count calories and do my calorie deficit for me since I just don't seem to understand it sounds simple but it really not when you really just gestimating on the calories you burned plus food calories I don't do very well in either for tracking so how does it compute the calories eaten you log it or how does it work

    I decided to get the fitbit to help me cause of the price and I have sleep apnea I want to see what it says compared to my dr. Says my dr. Says I have to use a cpap machine cause I snore but the funny thing is I don't feel any better when I use it and I can go a month without it I feel no difference so I'm wondering if it just the new thing doctors are Doing I fall asleep anywhere when my body shuts down its down

    Hey Girl! Have not seen you around lately...You must be on a different team. Hope that it is going great for you.

I use a fitbit. Absolutely love it because there is no membership fees after you purchase the device. The fitbit will track your calories burned, steps, miles walked, and quality of sleep. It was only a $90 investment into changing my health goals to achieve my maximum potential.

    What is the bodyfit compared to other body bugg and other devices is there more than those few I mentioned and other one I just learned about and I was wondering if they dic like either device I need something to prove my calorie in take plus calorie deficit
And i also in the sleeping device

    I have the Body Media monitor and it's best thing I could have done. Not only does give your daily calories, but keep track of daily steps and hours of sleep. Plus, alone with many other features. Just check out the site. Let me know what you decide. I'm very pleased with my monitor.

I think it's fun and trust me I have done it 3 days and guess what my back is sore I'm like dang what did i do to my self I said work outed lol I walked a little over 5 miles yesterday on the job too so now if I can get my nutrition good I would be doing great still working on getting water in though

When I get tired and bored with zumba I can go back and get my turbo fire going again I just think I was going at such intensity I was getting bored because it wasn't as much action really I got distracted to easily so I guess you can say I'm into hip hop and martial arts type of exercises

I got 100 pounds to lose and I believe this time I will make it
I'm starting to add a banana or plums to my diet the fruits I like I'm thinking about changing the color every day too I'm eating salads again I'm thinking about a subway salad trying that today I bet they are good

    I tried the subway chicken and spinach salad and I put all veggies in it except jalapeņos but I had ranch for the fat I was told I needed a little fat in every meal which is your favorite I like eggs in mine so far it just so/so but I ate half it at lunch used to eat other 1/2 before I went home I ate it around 6:30

    I've been wanting to try Zumba too, but I refuse to do it in public because I am so uncoordinated! Wii Zumba might be just what I need!

I'm glad to hear that you are starting to eat healthier too. For awhile I was making myself try 1 new veggie each week. You might try that too. How are you doing on drinking 8 cups of water a day?

    I have been wanting to try Zumba but I guess I'm kinda chicken. I'm HORRIBLE with choreography so I'm afraid to look a fool I guess. I can't do salads all the time, besides whenever I eat a salad I always wonder if people are assuming that I'm dieting. *Sigh* I'm just nervous around others I guess. Then again I've had people make comments on my healthy meals before and it really got me upset (long story but I got a waitress sent home for the day because of her ignorant mouth plus a free meal). I've lost about 40 pounds and still have over a hundred to go and I've been doing this for over a year now. Let's try to hold each other accountable ok?

    I need to try Zumba, but I think I'd like to try going to classes - I always seem to get more energy when I'm with people.

Do try the Subway salads. They are a great alternative to the sandwiches!!

My name is sherry and I am focusing on my eating and water I'm trying to eat salads for the most part for lunches at work and drinking my water like I should instead of focusing on exercise first like my habits was before my weakness I feel is my lack of nutritious foods and water I ate very unhealthy snacks and all was was bad now not so much I will add exercise eventually today I walked my store some while waiting to clock in have a great day everyone and also any tips on recipes or snacks greatly appreciated thanks sherry

    You can do this! I have found many helpful articles and recipes by snooping around the site. Lots of information here! One thing that helped me alot with drinking water, I learned from Dr. Oz and that was to drink through a straw. It is true that I drink so much more water. It is in front of me most all the time, even now while on my laptop :)

Focusing- on herself no one else from today on

Valuing her body- leaving the junk out of it going to start eating clean
No boxes no processed food oh, no means cheeses too no canned or packaged food I'm trying this for at least a week see how I feel if I feel better I will stick to it another week see how it goes sounds like a lot of fruit and salads to me

Drinking water- I need to do this it's my worst enemy cause coffee black is my best friend and of course the caffeine

My exercise of choice is turbo jam & fire I have done others thought about the Zumba but I don't know my family might get upset with the moves that would only be able to be done on my days off so 2 days a week not worth me buying it for I get a lot of exercise at my job but my body should be adjusted to it now been there over a year I will get my strength training in there considering I have to lift boxes that are like 25 pounds of frozen dough for bread and stuff the icing and stuff is heavy too comes in 50 pound containers so yeah it's a work out in the freezer
I want to learn how to decorate cakes been there a year was trained an hour that's it to base ice cakes then I had to move to customer orders one day I had no clue what to do it turned out horrible my first one did
I'm a bakers associate now I bake bread sometimes
It's not a hard job cause after you smell it so long the icing cakes donuts and bread it makes ya not to want to eat any of it
I love that too!!!

I want to get back on my sons wii for exercise too but him sharing is another obstacle he's 17

He says it not real exercise that what my turbo jam and fire is for I'm like bought the game for the purpose he used to play
