I think we all have gone (are going) through this cycle. It's such a hard thing to give up eating the foods we love! The only thing that works for me is keeping at it until my taste changes -- and it does eventually. I'm encouraged that lately when I've decided to eat something I shouldn't, it doesn't taste very good, generally I don't finish it, and I crave something fresh to eat instead. I'm sure hoping that works as well for me as giving up sugar in my drinks did years ago. To this day I can't drink anything sweet, it just gags me. Hopefully I'll get to that exalted state with sweet carbs, which are my biggest downfall. Happy Saturday! and thanks for the SparkGoodie! Kate Report Inappropriate Comment |

I was sitting here trying to think of what I could make my blog about this week............ And as I sat here thinking................... I realized that here I am again sitting on my computer........... alone in the house............ We all have a world outside of SP................ But mine............ I found is always alone.............. Now that doesn't really bother me................ this site and everyone friend I have met here........... Are my life line........... So now it's time I do as the pictures says............... Get out there and live................. love............ and laugh.............. So who's with me??................ Let's get out there and do what we can do TODAY............. Tomorrow may never come............ 
And thanks to all of you that I chat with daily............... Don't know what I would do without my trusted computer.......

Hi there sweetheart loved your blog. I so agree with you my friend, if you are able to, get out there and enjoy every moment you can for as long as you can. By the by the writing i was doing was a story another member and I are writing on one of the teams I belong to. I am having such fun with it, well we both are.
