How come nobody told me about Shirataki?

I just tried out the Shirataki (tofu) spaghetti. It was pretty good. 20 calories and 3 carbs per 4 ounce serving.

Regular spaghetti is about 112 calories and 24 carbs per serving.

I had seconds.

    I heard about them from Hungry Girl. But I was kinda afraid to get any. They aren't sold in my area and I would have to order them online. Are they really good? You are the first person I have heard that has tried them. My daughter is vegetarian and eats way too much pasta. I thought about getting some for her but was afraid neither of us would eat them. Lol. I might have to order some now.

The salt shaker and I used to have a Chemical Romance, honestly I was an addict, the more I used, the more I had to use. My friend challenged me to not add salt to anything for 10 days. The experience reset my palate and I don't feel I need to add as much salt as I used to.

    Yay! I always keep my salt shaker with my herbs and spices, to remind that it's something I use when cooking and baking, not when eating!

when I log in the amount of water I drink. When I record over eight glasses the little icon spills over!

Another great thing is: now that I'm eating properly, my kidneys are kicking in without artificial assistance and eliminating the excess water. YAY! No more swelling up with elephant legs!!
