GOALS RESET ON 11-09-08

1. DAILY WEIGHT CHECKS. 139 down 1.2

2.60 MIN CARDIO WEEK DAYS AND 30 ON WEEKENDS 30 so far 30 more tonight

3. ST TUE AND THUR GYM AT 4:50 AM, SOME ST EACH NIGHT BEFORE BED. went to the gym

4. WATER MIN OF 9 GLASSES PER DAY. 9 sofar

5. CALORIE RANGE 1200-1550 1458

6. TRACK AND MEASURE ALL FOOD done

7. BLOG DAILY WITH MY PROGRESS done

8. WEEKENDS ARE NOT A PROBLEM FOR ME ANY MORE!!!!!

9. VISIT A FRIENDS PAGE DAILY AND SUPPORT THEM. done

10. WHAT DID I DO THAT WAS FUN? wii

ARE YOU HAVING TROUBLE STAYING FOCUSED?

    It IS nice to review your goals once in awhile... I haven't quite felt the need to do more than the simple "This Month's Goal is: ***" on my SparkPage, and usually those are similar month after month. Probably when I hit the end of the year, I will take a look at my goals and see if they need revamped.

    Sounds great Sherre. Holding yourself to at least 30 mins on weekends is a great goal since weekend have been hard. You can do it! emoticon

It's the weekend and again I am having problems. I did ok till about 4pm. Sunday is dd13 bd day and I know we are going out. I plan to reset my goal on sunday. I feel it is very important to have some new and fresh goals.

    I hope you got out of the way and was able to reinvent yourself. Keep us posted on how you are doing this weekend. The weekends are the hardest for me, so hopefully you are on track.
