I am so happy I have held it together for 2 weeks. tracked and exercised!

I have avoided posting on my old team I was very active on a few years ago because I have tried to commit and just fall off the wagon. I am ready to commit to myself.

I fought it all day the crazy desire to shove food into my mouth!! I was board and would normally give in and eat like crazy but not today. I have made a very strong commitment to myself! and stuck to it.
