What is 15 min?


What can you do with 15 min??


well I found that 15 min of exercise is better than none. So I make sure I fine 15 min and some days like today I found 3 15 min and yes that is 45 min of cardio!!! I may not have done is all at the same time but I don't care I still got it in!!

    I really like your blog. I think I might try starting with some 15 mins intervals. I need to start somewhere. I hope I can eventually work back up to where I was but I am being realistic and know it will take a long, long time. Thanks for the great insight. Lori

    How big each session is does not matter. The only number that matters is the total at the end of the day. Even if you only have 5 minutres, if you have 5 minutes 12 times, that is a whole hour!

It was a nice start being in control. I know it was one day but I need to start some where. today I will account for the damage I did on the scale. not pretty but time to face the truth.

    I need to face the truth too. I have gained back all the weight I lost and am so depressed about it. The more depressed I get the more I eat and the less I exercise. Ugh.

I have let me slip. I have let everyone needs come before my own. it has to stop! It will stop. One more day of out of control. I know why wait. I need to have today. them I will make some changes.
