i found a set of simple exercise in a recent prevent diabetes mag that i am physically able to do. i have now done them 4 days in a row, plus walked anywherre from 10 to 35 minutes. maybe i am on a roll. hope so. this is my 5th week and i still have not lost any weight, but my blood sugars are much lower, too low, sometimes. today i was a walmart picking up some fresh fruit and i started feeling funny and took it and i was at 51. have reduced my insulin don't know what else to do. will see dr soon and see if she has any ideas.
