Holy cow! Insanity is insane! I made it through (barely!) week 1 day 2 (which was really the first day for me, since I did not take the fit test yesterday). The whole time I was trying to keep up with this crazy Sean T, I kept thinking, "I am never doing this again!". After I was done, and literally laying on the floor, all I could say to my hubby was, "I am so doing this tomorrow!". LOL! Fortunately I have an excellent motivator, because my husband and I are doing the program together. I have about 15 pounds I would like to lose and a whole lot of energy I would like to gain! I know that we will see results if we stick with this!

That being said, we are really trying to make some changes together. Eating better, getting in our water and exercise, and using more natural products in our household are the beginning. I love spark people and I am so glad to be getting back on track again! Here's to many "insane" and healthy days ahead! emoticon


Water and 10 Minutes of Exercise

I am writing this down, so I am committed! Tomorrow I am going to drink ONLY water and get 10 minutes of exercise. This is step one for a loooong time off track.

Today I started the Get Thin in 30, Firm Express! Wow! I am sooo out of shape. Let me just say, it totally kicked my butt! After I felt so tired and my arms and legs felt like noodles. Now, about 2.5 hours later, I feel great! I feel energized and pleased that I did something good for my body today. Today I weighed in at 143.5 pounds. Thin in 30 claims that you may lose up to 13 pounds in just 30 days. I don't think I will lose 13, but I am hoping to lose at least 5! So I will keep checking in to let you know how it goes! Hope you are having a great month! Keep it up, we can all meet our goals!!!

    Way to go! Feel the burn is always a good feeling AFTER the fact - hahahaha! I feel it after my DVDs too, but during them I'm huffin and puffin and wonderin how on earth they do it so easily.

Today I weighed in and I am 1.5 pounds lighter! It feels goood! Yay! Lots to do today, but I will still make healthy choices :) Amazing how a little weight loss can "spark" motivation! Now, if only my Firm Express would get here soon!!! Until then I am walking with Leslie Sanson! Great first week! Cannot wait to see what next week brings!
