My goals for this week are:
1. Stay within my calorie range 7/7 days.
2. To do cardio on Sun, Tues, Thurs, Fri and Sat.
3. To take pilates class on Tues and Thurs.
4. To strength train on Wednesday.
My next half marathon is coming up on July 15th in Erie, PA. I ran it for the first time two years ago. I will do better this time.
