Hello hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving. I apologize to all my spark friends it has been a while since I have blogged the reason being that I have had a hard time with this math class (alegbra, my classes are all online) and I am working on the final and am hoping that I pass this class. I have not had a weekly grade over a 69 since this class started(8 weeks ago, the classes are 9 weeks long), and I have to have a 60 to pass. I have a 3.51 GPA but I am sure after this class that will drop a little bit. I have another math class that starts on Monday am so hoping that class will not be as hard and that I will not struggle through it like I have had to do with this one. Most of all my free time has been spent in class online to try to understand this math. So I have let myself go somewhat but I am trying to get back on track.

It has been a while since I have blogged. I apologize spark friends, I have let school, work and life in general keep me from spark. I actually weighed myself the other day day and was quit sad at the number that popped up, it is 14 lbs. more than this time last year. So I have decided that now I have to get serious about loosing weight, and quit picking up the stray pounds here and there that cookies and sweets leave behind ( well in my case straight to the stomach and hips area). I am getting back into a routine of doing some type of exercise 5 days a week, if only just 10 minutes. I figure babay steps and I will eventually climb that mountain called pounds lost, and be able to look and see it gone. Wish me luck as I once again set out on my journey to evict the extra weight hanging around my stomach and waist area.

hello and I apologize

Hey there it has been a while since I have logged into spark. I have been busy with school, work, and life in general that I have neglected to check in , and for that I apologize. I did stop exercising I just started back on Monday of this week and said to myself the pounds are not going to fall off as easy as I picked them up, and exercise and watching my calorie intake is the key. I hope that everyone is doing well. i will check in at least 1-2 times a week. from now on.
