For some reason, this time I am REALLY doing this thing!! On Feb. 28 I made a decision to really work towards, not losing, but eating healthy, working out, and not eating any junk food for 2 months straight. Amazingly I have been able to do it! I have shunned the sweets (my ultimate temptation!), the chips, and the sodas. Funny thing is I haven't even been tempted to eat them!! I've been doing OK with my water intake. I incorporated green tea this week. I've also been journaling...writing up my food plan each night for the following day. I'm so thankful that this is going well.
I've been going to Zumba and I LOVE it!!! I've also been walking 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes. I'm so looking forward to the outcome on Easter (that's my cutoff for the sweets, etc.)! It rained today, so I will be doing my Zumba online tonight (YouTube!!). I am really in a "don't-feel-like-it" mood today because I'm tired, but I AM going to workout!!!
I'm so excited because I get to move back into my own place this weekend!! THAT should burn some calories...LOL! That will be my substitute for the Zumba I will miss Saturday.
