Are you a friend or foe to your own self? Do you encourage healthy habits or do you sabatoge yourself? Sometimes, we can be our own worst enemy! I say it
right now! Treat youself as if you were the best friend.... be positive and acknowlege all the good you do every day! Give yourself a pat on the back and lose the negative voice in your head! I encourage you to write down 5 positive things about you every day...and yes...you do have them!!!!! Be your own best friend! God Bless and take care of you.....dump the foe!
