I have found that I am getting much better about tracking my food and making sure I get my exercise in. I find when I am tempted to not do the program I think how good I feel when the measuring tape shows that I am still losing inches. And the fact I am cutting out meds and cutting back on the meds I still have to take.
right now I am trying to figure out a plan for the trips coming up. the first trip is to a bird convention and the hostess is an executive chef, so I am sure that I am going to be challenged. Then the trip to FL will be challenging also. The two things I am planning on doing is keeping my water bottle handy. then while in FL we always go to a seafood restaurant that has the best catfish. Traditionally they fry it. the last time we wnet there I asked to have it broiled and it was FANTASTIC so I plan on doing that again.
