Ok, so I continue to go downstairs each day and get on my elliptical and get moving! Some days have been better than others, but today was the first day that I went for over 2 minutes before it really started to hurt.
5 day streak and going! It has also occured to me that I don't have to do all of my exercising at one time. I went out for a walk at work for a 12 minute speed walk, with the last part all up hill! Then, I added the JJS challenge workout and elliptical when I got home.
Things are looking up! Ok, except for the 9 lbs that I gained over the holidays that I have NOT listed on SP yet...but, I will as I need to own it (although I've lost 4 lbs since the weekend)
