Ok, so I admit, I kind of fell off the wagon the last 2 weeks. No excuses, it just is what it is. However, I got back up on the horse today and did over 20 mins on the elliptical today....whew, it felt good too! emoticon

OMG, I can't believe I made it thru the whole week!!! Heart rate is still up, but it feels great!

Ok, day 6 and am really exhausted! Not so much from exercising, but just life in general! However, I will say, the exercising has helped. When I finish my workout, I have more energy to do all of the other things I need to do!

Ok, so I continue to go downstairs each day and get on my elliptical and get moving! Some days have been better than others, but today was the first day that I went for over 2 minutes before it really started to hurt.

5 day streak and going! It has also occured to me that I don't have to do all of my exercising at one time. I went out for a walk at work for a 12 minute speed walk, with the last part all up hill! Then, I added the JJS challenge workout and elliptical when I got home.

Things are looking up! Ok, except for the 9 lbs that I gained over the holidays that I have NOT listed on SP yet...but, I will as I need to own it (although I've lost 4 lbs since the weekend)

    Yeah I'm not moving weight tracker until its less than what it says now! I haven't really gained it back if I don't track it! It's just visiting temporarily!!!! LOL!
