Ok, as of yesterday, I'm now down 19lbs!!!!!! It has been so long since I have been able to accomplish that. So excited to see the weight coming off. My clothes are fitting much better and in some cases are starting to hang off of me! I have been tracking everything I eat and it seems to be working well. I have found that I need to have 3 meals and 2-3 snacks per day. This seems to keep hunger at bay and keeps me from binge eating. I have been keeping up with the exercise and have found a few things to change it up. This Saturday we walked on the treadmill like normal but then later in the day we went Geocaching. If you haven't ever done it I reccommend it highly! So much fun but a great workout as we chose some caches that involved hiking some pretty steep terrain. I got very sweaty. Sunday we took the dogs out for part of our walk/run and then finished it without them as they needed some H2O. Afterwards we went bowling for 3 hrs to prepare for our Tournament in OHIO this weekend. Sooooo looking forward to it, even though I'm not the greatest bowler, i intend to have fun and treat it like a mini vacation. So all in all this weekend went well and was good and healthy except for the small popcorn I had yesterday at the Batman movie. At least I stayed within my calorie range.
