I repeated Week 1 last week because I was still doing pretty heavy breathing at the end and thought I would benefit. I did. Got W2D1 done today (after freaking when I couldn't get the Ullrey podcast, but then was able to get Chubby Jones'). It went really well, got through all intervals and my breathing wasn't too bad at the end at all. PROGRESS!!
I never thought I'd be able to do this. I know I'm just starting, but this is so not me. I'm actually jogging/running for longer than a few seconds (I mean that literally).
The first time I read about KARVY09 on SP, I thought I wonder if I could do that. I've always envied the ability of those who could run. I don't mean the Speedy Gonzales, but people who were able to jog/run for long periods of time and complete various distances.
I had never heard of the C25K until I saw it on SP (after all, physical activity sites weren't accessed all that often, like never). When I saw the C25K team, I thought I can try this. Now, I'm thinking I CAN DO THIS! It's an unbelievable feeling. I think I like it!.
