Start getting healthy V2.0

Ok, so my winter goals were thwarted by life. I still managed to lose 7 pounds, but I want to reach my goal by my birthday this year.

Basically, I was derailed by a car accident in January. I did not end up in the hospital, but had sprained my hip and wrist. I swear, soft tissue injuries are the worst!. I was not allowed to go to the gym, not that I felt like I could. It hurt to walk and I could not stand up straight. No lifting, no standing for long periods, I could not even open jars.

So, here I am in May ready to start again. My Doc released me to go back to the gym, but with lots of restrictions. I just need to get slowly back on that horse and get my self back in shape!

    Thank goodness for recovering enough to get back into things. Stick to doctor's orders and you should be moving along comfortably.
