I have not had time to track my food and exercise online, so I got a calorie counting book, a pocket folder and a notebook to help me keep track. I printed out the nutrition sheets and will write down everything I eat, and all the exercise I do. It would be nice to have a laptop that I could take everywhere, but this will work for now. I will still try to track my food and exercise online, but now I have a backup plan!!
For some reason, I feel like snacking today. I pre-measured all my food for today, and I am within my ranges. I am going to the gym tonight, and will go for a walk at lunch.
This will be a great day!
