Lost Six more pounds!!!!!

Hi,
Wow, I have been on a bit of a Spark break but I have still been eating right and exercising. I just have been so busy I have not had the time to check in everyday like I usually did. I just weighed myself and I lost 6 more pounds while I was on my Spark Break, i am so happy and excited. I was a little down today and a lot of people stopped by my Spark page to motivate, encourage, and support me and I just want to say thank you to all of you who stopped because I seen your Spark pages and seen the weight that you guys have lost and it really got me back on track with keeping up with this site and my weight loss goals. I just got a brand new Mountain Bike and now that I weighed myself I am so motivated to totally get into shape. If I can lose 6 pounds off of Spark people I know I can reach my goal with Spark people. I just want to sat this is the best website I have ever been a part of and I am truly grateful of it. The Sky is the limit from here.

WENT TO THE KENNY CHESNEY CONCERT !!!!!!!!

Hi All,
Just wanted to share this with all of you. The night before last I went to The Kenny Chesney Concert and I had the best time of my life. I danced all day to Gary Allen, Luke Bryan, Leann Rimes, KEITH URBAN, and KENNY CHESNEY ( as you can see they are 2 of my favorite men ). I love country music and six months ago I would not even wanted to go after working and taking care of my 3 yr old all week, Not to mention after working at my second job bar tending. First off we walked a mile from the car to the Arena where he was playing, Then I danced from 4p.m. till 11:00 p.m. , Then walked another mile and a half back to the car. I never got winded, never had to sit down, and I felt great. I just can not wait untill I can look as good as I feel. i just had to share this with everyone.

Yay Kenny Chesney!! We had tickets but got rid of them because of the rain. :( Although we did go to Toby Keith and Rascal Flatts this year!!! :) Any concert should count as a days exercise though.. EASILY! Glad you had a good time! Report Inappropriate Comment

That is great! Good for you! I agree before Sparkpeople I was all alone and making excuses why i was gaining so much weight instead of doing somthing about it.
