Sigh... here I was excited about being able to exercise again... BUT... with college kids home for a week, two birthdays to celebrate, and everyone's favorite meals to fix... it has not been so good for me! I have not completely thrown the diet aside... but I have been taking in about 200 - 300 more calories a day, and these calories are not healthy foods, unfortunately!! I will just keep doing my best this week, but truly look forward to next week being back to normal diet AND exercise!!
