    Way to keep it going!!!! You are doing GREAT!!!!

I ate out twice yesterday...and stayed in my range!!! Actually, I could only eat half of the dinner, which is a FIRST for me! My "adoptive" church daughter took me to dinner after soul winning and Sunday School class visitation last night. We stopped at Ruby Tuesdays and had the chicken bella. DELICIOUS, but huge! I will have the other half today for lunch :) Dear hubby and I have date night tonight and out to dinner again...so if I can stay in range all week with eating out...that is a HUGE accomplishment :)

I am so happy to see your blog posts and your daily accomplishments...keep them coming!!! You are encouraging and inspiring me as you continue to stay on track!

I'm glad you're including the water. That's a needed nudge to me. I've not been paying as much attention to that, and it has resulted in hunger and more fatigue. Thanks for the reminder!
