Since I didn't have the baby anymore, I was able to go to the gym and get a last chance workout in. It paid off and I lost 3 lbs at TOPS weigh-in !!
I was only able to walk on the treadmill in the afternoon. Our car was finally ready to pick up from the shop. I wasn't able to go get until after the kids left at 6:00. By the time I picked it up, got home, fixed supper then cleaned up it was too late to go to the gym.
This was a sad day. It was the last day for 2 kids I have had for 3 years. They are moving out of town. The mom promised to stop in and visit sometimes (grandparents live in Castle Rock )
I had a good workout with my trainer. She challenged me to get to 219 by next Thursday. So, I have my work cut for me. I just hope I don't psyche myself out. I have never had 2 weeks straight where I had big losses. She liked how I drank 16 oz every time I went into the kitchen to munch on Monday. So, I am going to continue trying to do that. (Boy will I be "sloshing" ).
Day OFF!! I slept in - had a leisurely breakfast. Then I went to the gym and did a 2 hour strength and cardio workout. When I got home, I vacuumed the whole house.
I also did 3 loads of laundry - daycare blankets.
Then I started working on cleaning out and organizing pantry--lots of lifting and bending = more exercise .One box I went through were old canning jars my mom had displayed in her kitchen. I found a jar labeled that my grandmother had bought it in 1936 - the year she was married.
Now tonight I am finally relaxing and sparking!
