I haven't blogged for a month now. It has been extremely busy with the bumper crop of fruit! I have been working on fruit almost everyday. But, now that the Fall 5% Challenge has started today and with it is a blogging challenge -- I'm back!
I still have apples to work up, but I am going to start focusing again on my weight loss goals. I have started a Leslie Sansone mile walk DVD - I want to do it everyday and build up. My knee is doing a little better-even though it still swells up with exercise-I see the dr on Monday for a checkup.
I am part of several team challenges this fall and I want to get back to what I weighed at the end of May (before all the problems with my knee and surgery).
1. Stay within calorie limit--track EVERYTHING on SP
2. Begin a daily exercise routine -- Exercise before SP, then log it
--continue with knee physical therapy ( had been slacking these last couple of weeks because I had been on my feet all day and my knee hurt)
--Leslie Sansone 1 mile walk
--strength training a different set of muscles ea day
--Oxycise 5 x's a week
3. Blog daily, even if it is short.
4. Participate Fully in ALL challenges
5. Weight goal = 229 by Nov 20th
