Goal Of the Week Exercise exercise - Day 2

I have decided to tackle exercise like I do with everything. I will start to study learn more about fitness. So I have started here SP on the fitness page I will read articles about fitness and I will choose my exercise from the fitness section. I will put together a combination of exercise that spot light areas of my body.

My goal is to take this serious like I do with my food choices.

I feel real good with this plan I have even started today. I feel like a lady with a proving plan emoticon I am loving me!!!!!

Goal Of the Week Exercise exercise - Day 1

I have so many goals have not decided. I will choose one by the end of today.

I am up for the next challenge emoticon

I got it!! I am going to keep this simple

I will follow Spark fitness I will walk away the pounds for 30 min 3x a week and Strength Training 3x a week.

I want to remember to not rush I am not in a race I want to add a behavior to my life style that is new to me.
This may take time and patience and

All is well!!!! I will get 15 min walk in and 30 min of Biggest Loser.

My food is great!!! I am surprised at how much food I can eat and how satisfied I am.

I will continue to work on my fitness. This is my real challenge

I feeling emoticon today!!!! My goal today it to tackle the Biggest Loser workout I have all day. I also want to walk away the pounds for 15 mins 1 mile.

This would be a great accomplishment for me today

So in prayer and peace and focus I start my day

1. 15 mins walking a mile
2. 60 mins biggest loser workout

I will update this blog later today

Move the Body Week!!!!! Day 5

I feel good this morning. On my way to work. I will park in the far lot from the main building. I will climb the stairs twice today. 15 mins walking a mile. 30 mins biggest loser workout.

This is a tall order however I will pray and ask for help.

I will continue to post this until I can finish my goal

1. park in the far
2. 15 mins walking a mile
3. 30 mins biggest loser workout -well not yet

I started the morning with feeling a little better I peeked at the scale and I like what I saw. Now for today my goal is to complete my fitness challenge for today.
I am off to work to tackle the stair well

3:00 pm today

I have tackled the stairwell.....I walked 1 hour and 2 mile.... Now the biggest loser later this evening if not I have another day.

I am off tomorrow
