I feel good this morning. On my way to work. I will park in the far lot from the main building. I will climb the stairs twice today. 15 mins walking a mile. 30 mins biggest loser workout.
This is a tall order however I will pray and ask for help.
I will continue to post this until I can finish my goal

I started the morning with feeling a little better I peeked at the scale and I like what I saw. Now for today my goal is to complete my fitness challenge for today.
I am off to work to tackle the stair well
3:00 pm today
I have tackled the stairwell.....I walked 1 hour and 2 mile.... Now the biggest loser later this evening if not I have another day.
