Move the Body Week!!!!! Day 4

I feel good this morning. On my way to work. I will park in the far lot from the main building. I will climb the stairs twice today. 15 mins walking a mile. 30 mins biggest loser workout.

This is a tall order however I will pray and ask for help.

I will continue to post this until I can finish my goal

1. park in the far - done
2. 15 mins walking a mile- working on it later
3. 30 mins biggest loser workout well not yet

3:00 pm today

I did the stairwell I walked an hour 2 miles Now I will attempt the biggest loser later this evening

Thank you all for the words of wisdom I am listening. So I realized that when I increase my fitness my calories go up. So SP states if I want to lose 12 pounds by July 2 I need to burn 950 cal a week. That works out to 15 mins everyday. I have chose Walking with Leslie,

I am having a quiet day.

I focus on the great things in my life like emoticon's

My husband and I are Techies and best friends I will have a nice and peaceful day.

    I hope you had a wonderful Mother's Day and enjoyed attention from your "jewel". Walking with Leslie is a great way to get your fitness minutes in and help you reach goal, she is so motivating and the workouts are fun.

It is 2:30 no fitness yet. I was up at 6am turned on the xbox and by the time I got in I was done. We went to pick my granddaughter up from college. I just got back. Had a lunch and water. I got an idea I will workout 4 times a day for 30 minutes. With Leslie's walk this way she is on realage.com I feel I can commit to this. So I better get started!!!!
Well today will be 15 minutes walking a mile emoticon

    emoticonplan. I have my exercises broke down during the day also. Most exercises I do while watching tv so I am not missing my shows, but I am moving. Stick to your plan and always do what works for you.

    Remember, you can do a quick 10-min. workout and that counts for the day. It doesn't have to be some giant thing; just boogie round the house for a few minutes. Ten minutes is ten miles... Have a great weekend!

Day Before the Spring Challenge 2011

I received the email on the 1st challenge. I was amazed. I thought this was going to be boring, not so. I am thrilled at how I can sat at my computer and have a whole world just open up to me. I can place myself somewhere else and still be at home. emoticon. But down to business now. What is on my mind is exercise. I feel what I feel like doing is not enough and what I can do I may not go there, if you know what I mean. So what I have done is joined a Xbox kinect team hoping I can play xbox with someone for an hour. Then walk 30 minutes. Then spend the other 30 minutes walking up some steps at work or when I go to the food store parking maybe a block away emoticon. I will have a concrete plan by tomorrow.
I would like to join the gym around the corner from me it is open 24 hours. When my husband friends come over this would be my time to just step out for an hour and come right back. Well we will see I may just do that emoticon just for me

    I've been gone all day. I wanted to check with you to see what you planned on doing tomorrow. Wish we had a Kinect so we could play together. The xBox lives in my 16 yo son's room. Don't think he'd appreciate mom tromping in there and working out. But who knows...

Sat. and Sundays are usually my light workout days, just playing around and stuff. But I think I'll amp it up a little now. If the weather's nice, I'm gonna try to see if I can improve my time on a one-mile walk and then try to set some high scores on Wii Fit. If it's raining, I'll hit the elliptical and Wii Fit. That's my plan. Can we check in with each other on the exercise stuff?

I'm excited. Gotta go get a good night's sleep so I'll be ready to go, go, go!
