Goal Of the Week Move my Body- Day 3

I did it!!! I moved my body. I walked up the stairwell twice. Walk from the far parking lot to my office.

I worked the first full day. My food plan worked emoticon. I had a great time enjoyed my day greatly.

Dinner is good. I will finish my evening with sparking.

I have the same plan for tomorrow.

It is great to move. I did 5 mile fat burning walk with Leslie after work and it feels great at he end.
I love you plan and it is great to keep it simple.

Goal Of the Week Move my Body- Day 2

Today went very well. I got up and moved for 30 minutes. I felt a little tired. I think I maybe coming down with something. I am going to make sure I get some rest and get to my Dr. in the coming weeks.

I prepared my hubby his Father's Day meal. I was happy because he was happy. I spent a quiet day sparking and preparing for my work week.

I will be working more hours this week this, will be good it will get me on a schedule. The first 3 days of the week I working and the rest of the week off. This will be a change for me. I feel planning my food, bring my lunch and eating breakfast at work which I like at lot.

I should be fine until I get home.

We made meals and froze them so dinner should be just fine too.

I like the idea I received about dancing to move my body I going to try that too. I will park in the far parking lot this is a nice walk to my car and to my office. I just forget to count it.

I am excited about starting a new week. Also my birthday is June 21 I just want a plain usual day thanking God for allowing me another day.

Goal Of the Week Move my Body- Day 1

Well I am going to this again this time I am going to give myself room to succeed.

Instead of exercise week all I have to do this week is engage in behavior that moves my body.

My goal is to get up in the am and move my body for 30 minutes. Just for tomorrow.

My thought is if I change the word exercise) another name (move my body) I can get it done.

My goal this week is to move my body.

I can do this and I will do this. emoticon

    Sometimes the words we use conjure up unpleasant connotations--calesthenics in junior high for example! LOL

I like your idea of using semantics to help you get past that. You might want to think of it as 'dancing' too... in fact, dancing of any kind is great exercise! The fast kind (rockin' and boogie down...LOL) gets your heart pumping with some great cardio, and the control needed for slower dancing (waltz, for example) can require a considerable amount of control which helps build strength... and some dancing, like belly dancing, can include BOTH! LOL

I LOVE to dance. It's difficult, but setting that movement to music may make it feel more like FUN!... just a thought...

I'm glad you're taking steps to improve your appreciation of movement as well as reaching for your fitness goals...

    Hi, Janet.

Do you know about The FlyLady? She (Marla Cilley) is a dear of a woman who wrote the books "Sink Reflections" and "Body Clutter." She teaches her way of keeping as much control over her day as possible while still being gentle and kind to herself. I think you would enjoy her. :)

The FlyLady calls the habit of daily exercise "blessing your heart with loving movement." And she encourages us to move "even if it is only for 15 minutes a day." I think you are already doing that! I also think you would like her.

Goal Of the Week Pamper Myself- Day 7

Day 7 of pampering myself. I have a lot to learn however I have come a long way.
Pampering myself meant to me to be at peace, not to allow anyone to disturb my happiness for the day. To pamper myself meant to love me for me. Even if i did not get all the exercise goals I planned that day. Pamper myself meant to check in with janet and see what and how she feels everyday. Tracking my food everything. Looking my best. Sharing my smile as often as possible. Pampering myself meant to appreciate the people in my life my sparkfriends, my immediate family and my co-workers.

I have learned the energy I put out is the energy I get back.

I noticed when I am in a good mood and smiling, people around me are smiling too. There was a motivational poster that said something like, "Attitudes are contagious. Is yours worth catching?" Same kind of thinking.
Keep up the positive attitude and outlook. You never know when someone may need that smile from you. You are a sweet woman and I am proud of you for your accomplishments this week.

I pampered myself I bought the spark DVD Fit, Firm and fired up!!!

Me and coach Nicole are going to get busy!!! emoticon

My food is good. I have a great range of calories in the tracker so I can enjoy s lot of foods just by planning and tracking everyday.

Me and DH went for a walk today around Walmart. He timed me emoticon

We came home and now I have the rest of my day free.

Exercise, exercise and Coach Nicole

    I have The Biggest Loser DVD and I get pretty serious with Bob and Jillian. Lol. I try to do two workouts a day. This is one for sculpting and toning concentration then I do a normal cardio (30 minutes of running or biking) in order to just work on weight loss. You're awesome! I reward myself with workout gifts too :)
