Goal Of the Week Pamper Myself- Day 5

Today was family day. My DD and DGD came by we watch a movie. I had a great time. I love the peace and the attention from them. They are very special to me. Just another day of pampering myself.

I will walk away the pounds before bedtime.

I am loving my life today.

Great day today. A work today. I did the walk around the parking lot. The weather was nice.

I will play xbox and walk away the pounds later maybe.

    Good way to be. A worry free day.
Changed my exercise routine yesterday ( did SI6 cardio express and thin thighs in morning then did Cathy Smith's weight loss with weights).

My body is on fire but I loved it.
Today back to walk away the pounds.

I am feeling lazy.

My goal for today. Easy, do nothing. I will visit all my SP friends. That makes me happy.

Keep tracking

15 minutes of exercise or more

Paint my toe nails


I did not get this in yesterday so today my goal is the same.

I am enjoying a hot summer day.

Goal Of the Week Pamper Myself- Day 1

What am I going to do today to pamper myself?

I have a long week ahead. This is not my strong suite.

Just for today, I will just focus on today.

1. Keep tracking

2. 15 minutes of exercise or more

3. brush my hair 100 times (remember that)

4. Paint my toe nails

5. Kiss DH for one minute ( I read it keeps the spark going if you do this everyday)


Well if I can get this in my day today I will be doing

I don't know how I am going to manage for the week. Pampering Myself.

Anyone have any other ideas for my week?

    I believe it's as much an attitude as it is a thing to do... it is giving yourself the gift of time--and really being THERE.

When you sit down for a meal, take your time and be aware of your surroundings, the things you see and hear and smell are all part of the daily experience, but so often we're in too much of a hurry to notice. Savor your food... afterward, walk in nature if you can--or in your favorite place.

When you are home, turn on some soft music, light a few candles, take a bubble bath with that good book--you are NEVER too old for a bubble bath! LOL-- you know the kind of things you love, DO them!

I think it's a WONDERFUL plan--taking care of your spirit as well as your body!

    This is one of the main things I have done since joining Sparks. Go to a movie, read that book you have been putting off, just for fun, window shop or start the new craft yo have been putting off. The ideas are endless!
