I was planning on work but was called off so I went to the gym. Hour on the treadmill 1 mile of it running the incline YEAH!!!!!!!

    Don't give up. A bit of exercise will give you energy. Try parking farther away at work and enjoy the walk to the building. We all feel tired sometimes. You can do it.

Well, I was frustrated about not exercising so guess what? I just did an hour at the gym. I don't think I've ever been after 8pm before. It was nice. Now I feel so much better

Fast Weekend

This was a weekend off from the hospital I did work till almost midnight on Friday so I really wanted sleep. I was stressed on Saturday. My car is not working and needed to shop for a brunch I was throwing on Sunday ( in honor of my son's 21st Birthday). I did not keep track of my eating on Saturday very well. I did get a run/walk in for 4 miles. That was the good. Sunday I didn't eat a breakfast but brunch I prepared started at 11am so it was ok. I made three different quiches. I choose the crust free for myself. We had a huge fruit salad, yogurt, granola, potato and zucchini, and chicken sausage. I do feel I ate a little more then needed but I was combining breakfast and lunch. I ate a light dinner and feel like my eating is under control but missed the exercise. I'm scarred to weight in the morning but know I need to keep everything in check. Tomorrow I will start my week with exercise :)

    emoticon eating wisely some times we just need to enjoy and eat wisely and remember the scale is not the only answer we experience. don't let the scale discourage you remember we are not perfect bur human emoticon

Got my workout in!!!! I am running a mile in 11.12 mins now. Getting better. Just looked up the menu of the restaurant I'm going to tonight if I get called off. I decided on a ahi tuna burger with salad instead of fries. I will try to only eat half the bun. That is my goal. Hope this works.

    I love ahi tuna burgers and half the bun is a great goal...I like to cut back on my carbs as well and that is a great way to do it. I wish you well and Good luck... Enjoy your dinner it sounds healthy and great, wish I was there to join in all the tuna fun...lol emoticon
