Wow, thanks to the suggestions from others I was a success. I went out for dinner for my 24th anniversary. We ate at a restaurant I knew. Ideal fish. It is on the beach by the boardwalk in my town. My husband orders coconut prawns appetitizer. I had two but I took off the breading. I ordered a shrimp louie with dress on the side. It was basically a 1/2 cup of bay shrimp, hard boiled egg, onions and for some reason a mess of celery. I used a tiny bit of the dressing and left most of it there. We took a walk on the boardwalk after dinner ( my youngest was working at the sunglasses shop) we saw her and I got a carmel apple. Lot of walking. Gained no weight the next day SOOO happy. But I thought a lot about what I was going to do before doing it and got great advise.
