Well, it's been a long day. Into my third week of watching calories and exercising. I was counting on being at work tonight but they called me off so I'm home for the evening and don't quite know what to do with myself. I got the gym done this morning. Super tired. I will take a break tomorrow, well maybe. I've done 4 days in a row 60 mins on treadmill at 15% incline. I upped my speed today. I've lost a total of 7.5 pounds which is great but still have 33.5 to go. Little frustrating that it can't come off in 2 weeks :). I need to focus on the little things that are already better. My clothes that were too tight are feeling so much better on. I don't need new sizes yet but it is nice not to have that tight feeling around my waist. I'm bending better. My heart rate recovers so much faster after my workouts then when I 1st started. I'm still wanting to eat things I shouldn't but its better. I know at the 1 month point I will be even better. Anyway, I feel a little better just writing about it.
