Still weak after sickness but I did 65 min treadmill workout at gym. Makes me feel so much better about myself. Think I'm going to go to the market and buy some fresh veggies and some sort of protein. Going to make this work :)

very hard week

Been sick all week. Tried to workout once. Now it's in my chest and cough has started. I'm not sure but it seems like on the end of it. I would like to get to gym today. Gained two pounds. Bummer, but I am aware of it instead of ignoring it like the past. Today goal is to drink water, eat right, hopefully get to gym. Doesn't seem too hard but it has really been a struggle this week

Feeling human this morning after the cold so I went to gym. I was able to get half a workout in and then knew I needed to quit. At least I got 33 mins in. That is better then nothing. Ugh... its going to be a bit before I'm back to normal. :)

  


Sick

So I woke up Tuesday morning with the most horrible sore throat. Very sick all day yesterday. Woke up the same today but I decided to take a hot bath and get up. Husband made me a healthy breakfast. I took cold medicine and ventured out. Just came home for lunch and I've turned a corner or the throat drops I bought really worked. I was at Walgreen's trying to purchase them and the clerk ( very nice) keep asking me questions. I squeaked out an answer she looked at what I was buying and said she was sorry and hope I felt better soon. Thank goodness. Cause I couldn't answer anymore. I'm not sure if I'm well enough to workout out. I think tomorrow will be better. :)

    emoticon Pls take my word for it and rest! Your immune system has been compromised and the best/ only way to bump it up again is rest, fluids, and good nourishment ............. (Likely yu will not be taking in tons of calories) so the rest will benefit you the most. emoticon Nurse Betty (no charge) tee hee
