too tired to move :)

Got my three miles of running and 2 miles of walking in yesterday. Yeah, had to work at hospital last night and it was very hard. I really did not want to move this morning. I took a day off from the gym. Much needed break. Eating well though and feeling pretty darn good :)

Feel great this morning. It's a work weekend for me at the hospital so work starts at 3pm today. I'm going to gym at 11;30am. When I set a time for a workout I have a much better success rate of getting there. Ready to loose the last 10 pounds :)

So I've been hanging in at the same weight for almost two weeks now. Been up a bit and down a bit having a really hard time losing this last 10 pounds. Today, I changed my workout a bit. I usually run 8 times during my hour on the treadmill ( 3 mins at a time) for a total of 24 mins of running. Today. I ran a mile straight, incline walking for 10 mins, ran another mile straight, incline walking for another 10 mins and then ran another mile straight, followed by incline walking for the last ten mins. I'm pretty stoked. I actually ran 3 miles in my workout!!! I ran between a 9-10 min mile so it's not fast but I'm doing it :). The weight might be at a stand still so it's nice to be meeting some other goals

    You are amazing! After reading your blog, and the comments by Stonecot, I think that if you read your goals, remember WHY they are important to you, and make sure your SP journey is aiming at these goals, then your ferocious determination will take you there!

    Only two weeks! You're not living girl!! My weight fluctuates like a yoyo! Try varying your routine. You're a bit hung up on running and the gym, as are many. Try swimming, or cycling. What about martial arts! Do a bit of cross training. Perhaps your weight is right now, you're being over optimistic over that last ten pounds? Maybe you're just perfect as you are, don't get obsessed over a number on the scales.

I'm still recovering from my weekend off. Was up 1.5 pounds after now down .5 pound. Trying to get more veggies in my life. I notice when the weather starts to change from some reason I seem so much more hungry. Anyway, I've still got that pound to go to get me back where I was. Today's plan. Stretch ( I'm really sore), Workout, drink water and eat well.

Weekend off

Hm.... well took a weekend off from gym. Saturday when to visit my two girls at college in Chico. Drove a round trip of 7 hours. Ate decent. Did have some fries. Sunday had some wine. Was up 1.5 this morning. Ugh... So back on track today. Eating, under control. Exercise, Done. Feeling good :)
