Yeah, slept last night. Skipped a day of gym yesterday. Feel better today. Made dinner for my son and future daughter in law. I haven't been cooking very much at all with this reduction in eating :) It's a lot easier to control what I eat if I just cook for myself. So I've lost 30 pounds in the last 4 months and my husband ( without trying) has lost 20 just as a side effect to my not cooking very much. He is happy about it. I do cook a lot healthier when I do. I'm always for the giant salad or fruit salad. Just funny that he is not trying and has lost 20 pounds.
