Well, I've gain two pounds in the last few days. Late night eating probably the problem. My daughter left for college today and I'm sort of in a daze. I'm back on track and got to the gym. I think I was going through a faze of ,hey I've lost 20 pounds, not thinking about the rest of the 20 I need to loose. Trying to create routine :)

Having a party for my daughter who is leaving for college on Monday. Got workout in. Decided to change it up a bit. Did 30 minutes cardio and 15 mins strength training with bands and crunches. I'm a bit stressed. Sad and Happy. It's weird bunch of emotions.

    My daughter leaves in one week, and I am super excited. I know that I will miss having her around, but she is so busy and I'm so busy, that I am mostly just excited for her. I met my lifelong best friends in college. I just know that she will do the same. Hubby and I are different, he will probably cry and I know that he is just going to be so lonesome for her. She is and has always been our "Spark" just funny, energetic, and enthusiastic but hey, this is part of the parent journey right?

Well, it's afternoon. My energy level is low. I did my 65 mins on treadmill at gym in the morning. Feeling a bit run down. I feel like there is creature trying to get out of my stomach. Pretty sure it's the broccoli I ate :) trying to get my 5 fruits and veggies in today. Thinking of having chicken salad for dinner

Down another .5 pound. Yes, I'm happy about that. My confidence is up. I feel like I'm treated better by others now that I've lost weight. I don't know if it's my actual appearance or just respect from others that I can do it. Maybe a little of both. It feels great. I'm going to keep working now that I'm half way there it is starting to feel like I will get there. Started resistance tube upper body today. My upper body needs to catch up with lower body :)

Did crunches for the second time this week. I doubled the amount too :) I can see how tighting your core can help you out already.
