This has been an exhausting week. It is my weekend off from work ( I work every other weekend) Husband's family is having a reunion and I'm thinking of making a cold vegetable dish. I'm going to blanch broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, and then put them in an ice bath. I'm going to dress is with a honey mustard garlic dressing. This should be a healthy choice for my as far as food goes. I did make it to the gym and completed my 5 workout this week. Yeah

Too tried to move this morning. Work was sooo hard last night. So worried about my getting my little daughters financing done for college. It makes it hard to sleep at night. Haven't been to the gym in a day. Hopefully my daughter will come home soon and we can get on the college website and figure this out. Move in day for her is the 23rd !!! So my journey with weight loss has been on the backburner for a couple of days. I've been eating well, just haven't got to the gym. Hopefully today I turn it around. Can't wait for sept!!

So, everyone is busy and I was home alone tonight. I had already decided to give myself a break from the gym. I realize I was going to sit and watch tv. So I decided to go watch TV on the treadmill at the gym. The hour passed by fast and gave me another workout for the week under by belt

Officially Half Way

I am now half way to my goal. Very tried today but that's Okay. I worked three days in a row at hospital. Got floated to another unit half way through my shift
( always hard) and made it home after midnight. I slept till 10am. Youngest daughter did call at 8am and wake me up but I went back to sleep. I so needed 8 hours of sleep and I got it. I don't know if I will make it to the gym today. I might need a day off. I'm okay with that I think. Excited to loss the next 10 pounds

The Workout

I'm up a little too early for me. I went to bed at 1:30am. I'm going on my third day in row working at hospital. It's always so hard to work the weekend and then not have Monday off. Feel like I've earned Monday off since a lot of people don't work weekends. Oh, well. Work is good :) So I was able to get my workout in before work yesterday and I'm trying to do the same today. I am really tired though. Can't wait for a day off tomorrow
