Well, I guess life is a roller coaster. I'm on a down this morning but nice to know I can go up. Worked last night and last week. More then I usually do. Have not made it to the gym in two days so that's my priority today. I have 20 more pounds to loose and was so excited with the weight I lost until I was trying on clothes on Friday. I went out of town and was excited to see what I would look good in. I swear the lighting in dressing room makes peoples body look so bad!! Anyway, I have decided this is the week to add core workouts into my regular routine.

So, I've lost almost 20 pounds now since May 22nd. So happy. I have lost weight before. I have used a very expensive plan and it worked but this time around I have no money. The gives me the same tools as the expensive place I used to go to. I think it's even better. Of course, weightloss for me has to do with my head. I need to be in the right frame of mind for it work. I'm just so happy with this site :) I feel like it's there for me. I hope to keep myself on track this time. 20 more pounds to go!!

Ugh, having a hard time getting exercise

Well, I'm not there yet. My plan is to drop my daughter off and then go to the gym. I have skipped two days. Not the best thing for me to do since I'm pretty
good at slipping back into my old habits of just not going. I have been exercising for two months :) I will feel so much better once I'm done but this is going to be a hard one.

Stress is no fun

Was woken up this morning ( went to bed at 2am after working a long evening at hospital) by my panicking husband. He couldn't locate a contract for construction job and needed to leave and wanted my help but didn't have time for my help and then ran out the door. What? Crazy. It was a bummer to be woken up for no reason and have the stress of it all. He is not usually like that but it happens. Daughter number one texted me while I was at work last night to inform me that her college dropped all of her classes because they didn't have her financial paper work ( which they should cause I did it) too much stress. But I got on the scale and was down a half pound. So good amongst the crazy. Hopefully this day will turn it's self around :)

Up early, knowing there are a million things to do. Work this evening. Wish I was already down the rest of my weight. I go from being stoked at what I've accomplished to frustrated that I'm not were I need to be yet. Well, I'm still two months away from the goal
