This is my fourth day of really watching my calorie intake and exercise . I've been losing weight. after 1st day 1.5 pounds second day .5 pound third day .5 pound. and today nothing. I know I shouldn't be so dependant on what the scale states but it does give me motivation. It's hard when you know you've done everything right and the scale stays the same. Tomorrow my goal is to not weigh myself and wait till the next day.
