Today was a nice day. I could stick in most part to the food I decided on.
B - 1 plate poha, tea, 3 rusks.
S - I glass Tang
L - 1 1/2 Roti, veg (soy nuggets+potatoes), (sprouts), 3 tsp Rice+dal, 1 bite caramel pudding.
S - 1 Apple, 1 pear.
D - same as lunch, no sprouts.
EXCEPT: a whole lot of fruit cake..that too at night.....I ruined the day.
Hoping I have more control tomorrow.
